Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
